    Spot on col!

    Will be very interesting to see if this gets any dirtier though... JB and crew's proposal to clear the debt in full (and in doing so protect shareholders etc) v KB wanting the Company.

    My question is can the Receivers/lenders say no to JB's offer? (Legitimate question btw).
