    Hi Mx, when I first told the wife about MM's offer of .825, she said "is that all, we will lose thousands". Today after the finance news, she gave me a hug and said " when do we get our money"!!!All the best Mx, see you around.
    Not sure who is holding the price down, should be in the .70's at least. M.
