Just speculation here if ajm put forward there recapitalisation plan forward perhaps pls is putting the pressure on to not only acquire ajm assets but to negotiate not leaving empty handed by acquiring rights to mine the boundary pegmatites and break fee in exchange to bugger off.
Could be a good play for pls to walk away with additional resources at no extra cost or dilution to share holders thoughts??
