The current offer could shaft the unsecured creditors.

Time is the problem here as it's all starting to get very expensive with interest, receiver and administrator fees.

Note: As a Limited Liability company Shareholders are not on the hook for debts to unsecured creditors.

i feel you still have hope on its board, if they are that caring we wouldn't have ended up thid way. to me they're all rubbish, they had more than average industry pay already, so they can afford to start their next journey
