I think they would be stupid to cut them anymore without seeing the impact of the last 4 rate cuts... in 6 months we will see inflation hitting highs again (well thats ambitious but you know what I mean).
Housing affordability is very very reasonably right now IMHO. Its now again possible to posivitely gear investments properties, in addition many can now look to purchase and live in a property as its cheap in repayments then renting...
We have already seen how incompetant the RBA is when it comes to getting a feel for the future... they are a joke!
