After what FFailings posted I went and had a look at the debt payments and it does look tighter than what I initially thought. In addition to the convertible notes paid, they will have had to pay 2.5 million tranche on the 5th of October so that'll chew up the majority of their remaining cash on hand, making it very hand to mouth.
They are claiming quarterly gold output is down 21% on forecast, but even with that factored in it doesn't look great to me?
It seems to me everything hinges on improvement to the debt facility. I really hope these "advanced negotiations" eventuate into much more competitive and lengthy debt repayment otherwise we have to be headed for a CR.
As when I first bought in, with MKR the fundamentals are sound the question mark is on the management to deliver - and as of yet I haven't decided how trust worthy their word is - why are you so comfortable Greenhaven?
