    Harvett, siYi is already geared up to produce Oraline 4 and cash for us. Even before Chinese reg approval we can get SiYi to contract manufacture for us. If there is a stockpile of O4 then moving mebranes to SiYi wont take long at all and no sales will be lost.

    It's all my theory, but so is yours. The "ready for action" status of siYi has been plain to see for everyone ,for months. If the carcase watchers in the USA can't see that then it could be their loss if they don't act now.
