    - more sophisticated investors in addition to the September placement at .0175 see NPM as a viable destination to park significant capital.
    - floor has risen to .003
    - have they ‘extra confidence’ in a particular tenement? What knowledge are their investment decisions based on? It would imo be illuminating to know of the capital’s county of origin.
    - another $300k to advance drilling

    Cons

    - another 300m shares to the register, significant dilution
