re: TLS goign DOWNNNN!!! nest target $4.62, then There is now no doubt about my assertions 12 months ago that TLS will eventually get priced on a multiple similar to any other utility.
The example i gave was AGL.
TLS is on track to get down rated to a PE of 12x... which would place its TLS stock below $4.00.
This is now the UNOFFICIAL target among analysts (on the quiet).
It will become OFFICIAL when they finish dumping in about six months.
