main concerns - use of triple AAA video used to promote Miggster and also use of Triple AAA stills in EM1's Investor Presentation (licensing / rights - copyright concern)
main concern 2 : affiliation with Crowd1 : company has a lot of bad news surrounding it online and from multiple countries. (NZ, Phillipines, Nambia)
- Annoucement in next few days clarifying its involvement with Crowd1.
- Cant answer inaccurate numbers due to the way miggster does its sign ups.
- Will put request about what games are going to be on the platform to the CEO in South Africa (transparancy).
- Will put the concerns of people about Crowd1 to the board
- Could not mention weather Market would react for or against the news going forward.thatbeing said he sounded positive and was understanding about the legitimacy of the concerns i had
