Ganfeng has only turned the corner financially.
The reason AJM is being taken out is because of its success not failure.
It's about killing the competition.
Clearly there is/was a deal about to be put on the table from AJM.
The shift in how that deal is to be treated have changed from a week ago so very shonky.
