Interesting Auag, I do remember your post at the time. I have also wondered if the loan agreement documentation had been completed and officially signed off by both parties as there has been no announcement about the loan agreement being completed but then I saw they had put it in the 5B so I assumed it had all gone through ok. Mind you if they are lying about this facility then ASIC and ASX will come down hard on them.
