1) The restriction of trading of Indo's shares are exempted under para 708A(5)(e) of the corporations act. You are looking forward to an event that may already have happened.
2) Fertiliser prices are already recovering. The weight of evidence is in favour of higher prices. One Wesfarmers director does not a price environment make.
