Yes that's definitely what Scott and the team will be working towards. If the Vietnamese government can waive the tariff even for the first 12-18 months while the downstream is being constructed then its absolutely all systems go. I can see this happening as a near term incentive by the Vietnamese government to support Blackstone into near term production.
