And we need to take account for IMEC putting 4DS wafers on high priority for completion, renewing their contracts amongst other high profile partners year after year. If that doesn't signal something I don't know what does.

In the video it was interesting to note that our representative on the discussion about acquisitions stated that "The companies all know we exist, they know about our product...", "IMEC cannot say anything, if they do - then there will be eyes rolling", "They can release a joint statement with us if we will, although it comes down to us to make the announcement", not exact quotes although watch the Pitt investment video for the full context.

Now, given that - IMEC are working closely with 4DS, prioritizing their wafers, and 4DS are being slightly vague to market about it's capability, only giving ballpark results. One might say that results aren't great, although it wouldn't make sense re: IMEC, and if it wasn't great, developing ReRam technology to the claimed ballpark stability and speed is a milestone in itself as ReRam was thought to be unreliable/unstable from my research (relying on oxygen instead of filaments and atoms means areas can heat up and speed varies based on heat and usage throughout the board)(Thickness of each layer requiring consistency, a change in a micron will result in too much noise, same as temperature throughout the conductor = noise and unreliability), which ReRAM would have overcome to achieve the ballpark milestones it claims.

Back to the eyes rolling, draw your own conclusions, although if IMEC leaked information to a particular company about 4DS capability, it might result in an earlier offer or earlier action by said company, our representative in the video stated "IMEC upholds their integrity..." in this regards. Here's my thoughts; 4DS want to achieve and maximize the capability out of it's ReRAM system and refine it, whilst developing fab process that can utilize existing fab, techniques and employees so companies do not have to retool, retrain and invest further - to create value accreditive development on ReRAM, more potential buyers as easy to integrate and fab ReRam hence it will realize maximize shareholder value from a future acquisition.

In addition, information will be released by 4DS, and all companies will have DD at the same time which will result in a feeding frenzy for 4DS, if any privy information is leaked by IMEC or 4DS for example, "eyes will roll" because an acquirer may target 4DS before competitors. All these companies work with IMEC and hence they will feel disadvantaged should that be the case - given that 4DS has the technology it claims - which seems rather likely given the information released.
