It's no secret that Nigel has purposefully steered away from Chinese finance as he does not want the operation to be under their influence/control. And rightfully so.
He has also indicated that Yibin want considerably more offtake than he was willing to give them, I think he said he was looking at around about a quarter of production for Yibin so as to not have all our eggs in one basket. This is also a wise strategy. We've all seen what has happened to PLS when you rely on Chinese offtake partners.
