IF the rights issue goes ahead and you apply for your full entitlement you should receive it, I would have thought.
If there is an option to apply for additional you may or may not get those, the underwriters will likely pick up most of those.
Did people selling today give up those rights? Thats my query as its not clear that I can see that there is a record date.
