    In what way is it manipulated?

    Those holding are hanging on tight, so minimal volume. And not enough to get it moving in the other direction.

    With so little available and buyer side building, it will only go one way with such a tight group of holders. Buy and sell side at this point should be a good indicator. 9 sellers and over 50 buyers.
