I find cfds fantastic. Great leverage, low cost. You have to be very aware of risk though able to manage it. I've never been margin called and hope and aim to never be.

being able to trade short and long is awsome. Hoping a
stock will fall in a bear market is quite relaxing.

I've traded only long positions on the small end of market for 12 years. CFD profits over last few months on blue chips have been similar to the peak of the bull market a couple of years ago.
