FSA confidentially clause and guidance. PLS traded information that wasn't available to the market- if they engaged with a loan note holder that has waived their right to the 31st October.

PLS used market sensitive information to compile a big for AJM. they would not have been able to pull this together so quickly if they hadn't

Have we any lawyers here to interpret my understanding?
