If we don't hear anything by Monday, I guess that waiver was never in place and that a sale or recap will be persued. But let's face it in the hands of receiver we have zero rights, unless management wrestle it from their hands. All I do know is that management have much more to loose than I have, so I'm sure they will be firing missiles
