I know that Jaeyong Lee is in court. As you said, it will be difficult for him to run the company (by the government now). This is very embarrassing, but large Korean companies have been doing it for the past 70 years. Probably very different from the big companies in the US or around the world (probably the same in China). Again, this is a shame. Trust what you know. I'm going to find information myself.
