I don't see why people are taking the technicals of the chart as the arbiters of near term price movements for a 12mil Mcap company with SOI as large as it is. I feel charting is quite meaning meaningless for instruments with market caps less than 50 mil with chump change in volume most days. Fundamentals are key here, and the sluggish price action seems to be more so due to the huge SOI and not an ugly chart which many say was looking good a few weeks ago.
