Bootle is getting in and doing his job clearing the decks with these writedowns and cleaning up the balance sheet. Now he has to move on and cull those within the business who don't make positive contributions to the bottom line. maybe they need to cut loose some of their loss making operations and rate of recovery may depend on how long it will take to clean up the Sth African dispute.
