But Willisee and the likes that are just career directors - no.

Aldo is who is driving this, and Andrew on the ground. They should be incentivised. Winton offered up very little in the one webinar he took part in.

This is a great company with huge potential, but I'm not voting for a career director increase his holdings on the back of the work and success of others.
