The Balitc Dry Index went up 100% in February mainly from China ramping up raw materials imports for their infrastructure projects. In the coming months this increase will continue plus almost every government will be investing big time in major infrastructure projects to kick start the economy. Resource companies will be the first to benefit. So expect the market to anticipate this and resources to go up.
