The Future Fund must see some long term value in Telstra and the dividend payments, as they had an opportunity to off load some of their share in the DRP and chose not too..
But, you are right the masters of the fund, Senator Conroy & co, are not David Murray any favours as they could add at least another $1 to the value of Telstra's SP if they chose to..
