Brilliant top up opportunity IMO, bought more today.
Not sure where the $20M figure came from (was $5M), but I read this announcment as basically being that MGT may have asked for more favourable terms (and rightly so) and it got knocked back.
So it got canned.
We’re cashed up and progressing with the PFS, and have time to look into other potential JV/investor avenues (with, ideally, more info to promote a better deal).
So definitely not as negative as the sell-down would make it appear..... as the cash position is good and IO looking strong.
We’re also now under the CR price (so a good entry IMO)
all IMO.
