Thats a good question...it is usually given as an indicative in December...LVR is amazing for the sector....they may gives us a carrot to hang on and their main security holders will put a bit of pressure on...how ever with their cap raise, by law they did not have to give a final as long as they do a raise...so they got it all out of the road early...they are still generating great revenue without Victoria....they are very frugal and with AMP going under the hammer...I bought in also with a hedge that after reading the vultures are circling REITS in Australia...I can not think of another REIT that would have more upside as well as being so capitalised.....every broker has a buy on it...not that it means all that much...but sentiment is very positive...but the sentiment in which we are being painted with the same brush with is appalling...we have nothing to do with infections in the rest of the world...we are a macro economic play...with a muted recession that is over....I really can not see any negatives to this sock...but you watch the XJO and VCX is in lock step...so we are at the mercy of BOTS which is understandable...when the worm turns...this will be hard to catch going up...fundies will have the mandate then to buy with or without BOTS....
