Dept. of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources directly on youtube... cannot just be a promo video from their side to showcase any ASX / Aussie company... has to be more than advanced talks within inter dept of the govt...
as in, you walk in to EFA for finance... they do their DD and as part of that get our claims checked by other govt dept to see if there is merit in the application... other dept probably gives their UNOFFICIAL sign off so that EFA can now be confident of the technical prowess of the project... they may know everything about $$$ but would need the help of someone like
Dept. of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources to whet out the project...
