Couple of good posts mate, but I think you're selling the avge 2009 oil price short at US$35/bbl.
In regard to Galoc, yes weather problems did play a big part in down time, but so did some system and gear selection (above the wellheads) cause significant added delay...hopefully now sorted for more downtime free production!
