The current marketing campaign from Crowd1 is most likely about the Miggster spinner event. Again, I guess the people who registered to express interest in Miggster, are mainly targeting the rewards which will be given as a launching event. TIM is using their own Crowd1 members to build up that huge pre-registration number even though we are not sure it is real or not. It is just a marketing strategy. It is their role as EM1's partner.
Anyway, TIM has agreed to guarantee a minimum of 100,000 paying subscribers within 6 months. I believe there will be a penalty upon the contract if TIM cannot meet this condition within 6 months. We can estimate the minimum turnover with this figure but shouldn't consider the numbers which were announced like 6 mil or 8mil as the future paying subscribers to be converted.
