Titomic will argue they are meeting their main GOAL which was for 2020 Commercialisation. Its SH expectations that seems to be the issue.

A hugely different story if they start announcing cancellation of Partnerships similar to what they did with TAUV last year
No mention for UK Research Centre/Defence Prime TKF Machine Sale that was quoted as being in final stages.
There have been quite a few "in the near future" and "expect to announce soon" comments from JL but no commitments to any specific time frames therefore how can SH's complain they haven't met them?
