I would think that Aixtron is on the sidelines watching with great interest on how successful this laser project is or is not. This upgrade of the new machine would have to be the biggest milestone for the company to date. All very well having a tech in theory but to put it practice on a Commercial scale is major step forward. The fact BLG has now secured funding from. US defence program give an element of credibility. Just need to see positive results and then BAM. I am confident that will happen. Unfortunately it is again a waiting game. Meanwhile the laser diode project is progressing. Whilst a sale will not occur SOON, we don’t have long to wait considering I have waited 15 years to get were we are now!
