hi Scott, just for interest sake. I was of the impression that a narcissist can still make the choice to follow the high road in life and not the low. To gain approval due to their social virtue and leading a 'respectable' life. And hence, they can be found in the charity/community fields and can achieve good things. Though probably worth keeping an eye on the charity till just in case.
