Another question to put forward is, now that everyone is staying home are they using their annual leave like all other companies? (including Qantas one of the biggest companies in aus has forced their staff to take). If not then why not, O very much doubt they are doing full time hours working from home. I would like them to keep a log and submit it to the company showing just how much hours they are doing, we can use this to reduced leave balances owed to employees as all other companies in Australia and the world have done imo. I say let’s reduce their leave balance ASAP as leave taken staying at home reducing company liabilities.
