The community or commune like industrys are riddled with such individuals..and is one of the reasons why it costs so much to gain even a net zero KPI across the board in outcomes modernly. Long held understanding is when it comes to social outcomes only common sense (yes it's a personality component and it is measurable) matters...like pig at the trough here we fall down here without remorse. Golly one doesn't even need a person to sit down for a score to identify such people in everyday society and media/communications just their very opinion (and chosen action) is more than enough for again is in place of one's personality not an adjunct to it. I love RBT and Highway Patrol for this very reason.....then trying to guess the particular MUX...never fails but is a little too easy. hope this helps.

"I love RBT and Highway Patrol for this very reason.....then trying to guess the particular MUX...never fails but is a little too easy." . ........ I'm not surprised that its easy as the TV network use model professional police juxtaposed with antisocial behaviours.... its a promo PR job in which the police are meant to look like they're saving the nation. heavily biased. I appreciate your interesting observations @thalweg .
