    In light of Spheria buying up, I thought I'd re-visit this post from 26th August.

    I went through their buying and selling to calculate a VWAP of $2.14 for around 10m shares.

    They have since bought another 2.7m in early October at VWAP of $2.15 ($5.78m for 2.69m shares) and 3.1m in October at $VWAP of $2.21 ($6.88m for 3.11m shares).

    Average price is around $2.16 - there is NO WAY they will be accepting $2.22.

    Game on !
