Yes step-outs are lower risk. Also lower reward potentially. This is why I suspect mkt reaction will be dull even if a reasonable column is determined.
I also think the lack of volume is due to many punters having crashed and burned past few months (just look at HC HDR posters now vs last July). That said , a big hoovery buyer flashes on my screen at 74c today. Will he have to chase it or be filled ?
