I agree thunderhead they are a proven team and their response is solid in pointing to cashflows. This whole process is really healthy because it challenges the company and challenges the high valuation. I am a seek shareholder and have no problem with the process because long term the challenge is healthy. However I do agree with blue orca that the company has too much debt and so i wish they would do a raising. seek is a wonderful company buy i would prefer less debt on the balance sheet.
