No wonder , they haven't done much work this last quarter.
The bulldozer hasn't moved from the position is was in the June quarterly report. And the men have been standing in the same location for 3 months and still waving.
You would have thought that they would at least moved the bulldozer, dug a hole and got the men to work!
So who is doing all the work?
