I wouldn't say it's flawed per se, as all industries have risks. In space, the risks are just much more expensive. Looking at the stats, a fair point could be made that 2020 tech would reduces these risk numbers. However, after our RocketLab incident, I say we were already part of that 8-9% on average. So if it was to happen again, it would be like lightning striking the same place twice. Possible, but extremely unlikely, and thus, unlucky.
