I've got tick with CMC and IG and use them predominantly for index trading and going short certain stocks.
If tempted, be sure to only trade high volume stocks and keep your mechanical stops tight and ensure that you're not susceptible to / victim of a stop hunt.
Been burnt before, when i was a whipper snapper, cracker stock, stop loss too close and got hunted down.
Now I do the hunting.
