Mate, most investors are not like you, they do not call market manipulation because a share price goes down, claim trades are being looked into etc. And today is a normal trading day for this stock, its not liquid, and the sellers are hitting the bid. I looked at it this morning and could see what was likely to happen.
UCM does not trade in line with the USA, when the USA was being belted due to COVID the UCM share price was the highest its been since listing, the USA marker recovered, as did Oz and its been down hill for UCM ever since.
The AGM was clearly not positive because the share price has gone down (again). You can talk about how the shareholders voted in support of the board etc but there is only one score that matters in this game, the share price.
This is a brutal 'game' and its all about the score board.
