downer has very strong fundamentals ,ie foreward order book ,cashfow, profit discount to industry average pe , interest cover .the millenium train cancellation knocked the wind out of the sails but this i believe will be a temporary setback to the share price and dow ill trade above $4 a share in the near future .wrongway
