Agree to a certain extent $2.45 I would take it and sit. Wait for retrace below $2 again and re-enter. Dont have to short on this stock to make money. Swings like a monkey.
The suggestion that FMG will fall over is as rediculous as suggesting it will be +$10 in 3 years.
Debt debt debt whoopdidoo! Its more about locking in a buyer at a profitable price. In times like they are and where we are heading, buyers are going to be the best asset a company can have. Although I dont like seeing a slice of the pilbra falling into overseas hands, allowing a buyer of your product into a stake of your company only strengthens a companies position. Debt will take care of itself.
All the other legal jargen ie deaths, shipping, BS will be tied up in the courts for years with all the litigation going on. Anyone heard the outcome of Bell Resources court case?? No? why?? Its still going on....... $200m isnt what I would call a lot of cash to risk going to court over. My guess is an out of court settlement will be reached for half that figure if that!
