    Increase in staff costs is a good thing as this is what will take our product portfolio to market: staff = value creation.

    in 2016/17 I had a business overdraft at 15% - that was normal at the time. Debt financing is better than equity financing so long as we can pay it back - 15% in interest is better than 15% dilution.
