I'm a holder of MDI, MDI's purchase was on market, AME recieved non of that cash. Might seem as upramping for MDI but they also own the only processing plant within 120km. AME is trading at 41m right now, if they were to build facilities brand new they would need conservatively a minimum of 80m? Probably way more, that represents a 200% dilution at current prices. So i'd like to disagree with the statement that "mdi has nothing to offer"
