I'm with PP. If you read the messageboards on MarketWatch.com for instance, they are full of Bears. Reason we won't get capitulation is many traders are savvy to Bear markets and are actually making money so why fear.
Regarding equities, how do I capitulate my Super? I cannot hence its a buy and hold no matter what scenario plays out.
