If GPT survives this meltdown(which I think it will), in 10 years time many people will be kicking their own backsides for not buying in at 33c , As with many crashes in the past, they often overdone, and way way overdone in this case. GPT has the best commercial properties in the country,these properties will be here long after we are gone and rent money will still be pouring in. This isn't like a mining company who promise you gold in the ground.You can see their properties walking around sydney CBD and they are the best. Unfortunately the sentiment is so bad right at the moment, It is pure panic out there and the usual logic is out of the window. If you believe in the company and think it can survive, buy some and don't even have to look at it , that's what I am doing buying in at 33c this morning. i want to keep this baby for at least 10 years.
